WHAT ARE AREAS YOU DO SERVICE? DO YOU SHIP ?

We currently service the following counties in NJ

Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Bergen, Union, Middlesex.

We currently service all of NYC with the exception of Long Island.

We are a delivery based mealprep company so as long as you are in one of these areas, we can bring you your meals!

We are working on getting our meals nationwide. In the meantime, we are not shipping out of state. Please follow our instagram page @tonicooks, or subscribe to our email list for updates.

 

HOW MUCH ARE MEAL PREPS?

Meal preps vary in price. The menu changes weekly and prices will always be on the menu.

  

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MEAL PREP?

Meal prep is a food service that is designed to have your meals for the week cooked, packaged and planned for you. Planning your meals is a critical part of achieving your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or sustain your current weight, we have options for you!

 

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Preparation of your order begins within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed. 

We have a 99% satisfaction rating with our clients. However, if you are unsatisfied with your meals or service for any reason, please contact our team at order@tonicooks.net. so that we can escalate your issue immediately. You must report your issue in writing within 48 hours of meals being delivered.

We are not responsible for spoilage as we prepare all dishes fresh and follow satisfactory food safety standards. Our safety methods are executed right to your front door. We recommend keeping meals no more than 5 days without freezing. 

 REFUNDS and COUPONS are at the discretion of the owner.

DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries are on Sunday. Deliveries are scheduled throughout the day. Based off of your location, we can give you a delivery time range but we cannot guarantee your order can be scheduled at an EXACT time.If delivery is a concern for you please contact us immediately so we can try to make arrangements. 

If you request to postpone a delivery, a $25 re-delivery fee will be charged.Although we always try to make arrangements in favor of our clients, we reserve the right to decline any re-delivery requests.After 24 hours, if your schedule does not allow for your order to be delivered, your order will be cancelled and you will not be issued a refund. 

If you opt to leave food outdoors or with neighbors, we will not be held responsible for spoilage or theft.

IF OUR DRIVERS CANNOT CONTACT YOU, YOUR ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO OUR KITCHEN.

FOOD ALLERGY POLICY

We make every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction for those with food allergies. However there is always risk of contamination because we do use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds etc. Although we have strict cross contamination policies; we can not guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our dishes. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. TONICOOKS LLC will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our meals or itemized food sources.

 

MENU POLICY

Because we use 100% all natural and fresh ingredients, meals are subject to change without notice. In the event that a meal, or ingredients for a particular meal are unavailable, we reserve the right to reconstruct dishes without notice.
