Our food

Where do your ingredients come from?

All of our food is responsibly and locally sourced. We work with the best distributors  to ensure high quality ingredients.

Who prepares your food?

We are a team that just so happens to be related! We are family owned & operated and everyone on our team has a deep love for culinary! Our meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen located in Northern, NJ.

Your food looks amazing. Is it healthy?

Yes. Health and wellness is a lifelong journey that requires lots of hard work and dedication. In order to truly live a healthy lifestyle, you must enjoy the food you consume. Our mission is to deliver incredible, bold, exciting flavors while always keeping nutritional value in mind. Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring!Portion control and whole ingredients is what we standby.  

How do the meals arrive?

Our meals arrive FRESH, never frozen. Refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. 

How long will my food last?

Because all of our ingredients are fresh, our meals last up to (3) days in the refrigerator and up to (1) month in the freezer. We recommend freezing your meals upon receipt.

Our nutritional facts are located in the description box of each meal page. You can find  previous weeks nutritional information for our meals here

Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place an order online, anytime. Click here to place an order.

When is the deadline to place an order?

The deadline to receive meals Wednesday is: 

Tuesday by 11:59AM.

 The deadline to receive meals Sunday is:

Friday at 11:59AM. 

Deadlines are subject to change in cases of high demand. We recommend placing your order ASAP to guarantee your desired delivery date.

Does your menu change?

Yes! Our menu changes every Friday for the following week delivery. While some items are menu staples, you can expect to see new items every week.

I want to order a package. How do I know what is included?

You don't! Our Toni Choice packages are for clients with little to no food restrictions and who love the element of surprise. If you would like to customize your meal-plan, please order your meals individually. 

Can I swap out sides, veggies or ask for meals to be changed in anyway?

Our meals are perfectly designed to be eaten as described. Therefore, we do not customize sides, or veggies. If you do not like one component of a dish, consider ordering another dish.  We have plenty of options for everyone!

I want to lose weight, what do you recommend?

Everyones fitness journey is unique and special. We recommend you order meals/ and or packages taken into count your personal likes, dislikes, preferences and dietary restrictions.  All of our nutrition facts are located on the website and you can use this data as a frame of reference to make great choices. 

I have a food allergy and/or want to make a note about my order. How can I do that?

You can leave a note on your cart page before you checkout. 

Please review our allergy policy:

We make every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction for those with food allergies. However there is always risk of contamination because we do use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds etc. Although we have strict cross contamination policies; we can not guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our dishes. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. TONICOOKS LLC will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our meals or itemized food sources.  

Delivery

What areas do you service?

We currently service a wide range of zip-codes throughout all of NYC, Northern & Central NJ. Please add an item to your cart and enter your zip-code to check delivery eligibility. 

If I place an order, when will I recieve it?

You can select your delivery date at checkout. Deliveries are every Wednesday and Sunday from 10am-8pm. 

Do you have a pickup location?

Our commercial kitchen is non-customer facing. We currently do not have a pickup location but are working on it! Stay tuned for updates!

Can I have a timeframe for my delivery?

Deliveries are made from 10am-8pm and scheduled throughout the day. Based off of your location, we can give you a delivery time range but we cannot guarantee your order can be scheduled at an EXACT time. If delivery is a concern for you please contact us immediately so we can try to make arrangements.

Can I have my meals delivered to a corporate office or retail business?

Yes. 

Can my delivery be left outdoors?

Yes! Leave a note at checkout or let your driver know when they contact you. You can also purchase a reusable cooler bag to keep your meals at temparture for up to (2) hours.

IMPORTANT: If you opt to leave food outdoors or with neighbors, we will not be held responsible for spoilage or theft.​

Will the driver contact me prior to delivery?

Yes! Our drivers will reach out approximatley 10-15 minutes before your scheduled delivery.

I missed my delivery driver! What's next?

If our driver tried to reach you and could not, it it likley your meals were returned to our facility. Please contact us to via email: Order@tonicooks.net OR call 201-644-5545

Can I change my delivery date?

We will always try to make accomdations in favor of our clients. However, changes to orders are made on a situation by situation basis. Please contact us via email at : Order@tonicooks.net OR call 201-644-5545

MISC 

Returns & Refunds

Because our items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your meals or service for ANY reason, please contact us right away. Client satisfaction is at the core of our values and we WILL make it right. If circumstances make it impossible for us to do so, we will refund your order. 

My meal said it would come with broccoli but I received green beans. Why?

Because we use 100% all natural and fresh ingredients, meals are subject to change without notice. In the event that a meal, or ingredients for a particular meal are unavailable, we reserve the right to reconstruct dishes without notice.

How can I earn & redeem points for my purchases?

In order to begin earning points through our reward program, you must be a site member and enroll in Toni's treats. Click the gift box at the bottom left hand corner to get started!

What food & safety protocols do you practice to ensure safety?

We take food safety very seriously. All of our staff are experienced, food handler certified kitchen personnel. We follow safety protocols to your front door. The safety and wellbeing of our clients has and will always be our #1 priority. We are a family owned business you can trust. 

My dishwasher is packed with plastic containers. Is there anything I can do?

We encourage our clients to reuse and recycle our meal-prep containers. Our containers are dishwasher safe and made with recycled plastic.
